| First of all, I want to express my appreciation for the overall organization of the mission to Japan. It was above all expectations. Regarding the preparatory phase of the mission, I received very useful advice on how to present my company to the Japanese market. The communication with Fenetre Partners team in this phase was very fast and efficient.
Regarding the phase of research of potential partners in Japan, Fenetre identified and contacted 42 qualified trading companies and constantly provided us with extensive information about the progress of these activities. Despite the very competitive market Fenetre was able to organize 3 meetings for us.
The team of Fenetre also provided very good advice for the hotel, which was easily accessible from the airport and conveniently located near the meeting locations. The team provided by Fenetre was very professional. The person who assisted me spoke English very well, he was a man of the world, with a broad education and very well informed. My contact person was more than a translator, he was a partner. I had the impression he really represented our company. Fenetre also organized a tour to different food retailers in Tokyo, though which I collected a lot of interesting information and I was able to do some useful market research.
