Montana – Trade Delegation Led By Governor to Japan [Report]
From October 22nd to 24th, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte led a business delegation that included representatives from many of the state’s industries including agriculture, bioscience & photonics to Japan for three days.
Montana, in addition to its strengths in agriculture and energy, focuses on quantum technology, biotechnology, and advanced photonics, making it an ideal partner. This mission goes beyond strengthening commercial ties; it is about building sustainable partnerships, promoting research collaboration, and continuing to engage with global leaders who share a vision for growth and innovation.
The delegation met with high level attendees for each of the industries, held an investment seminar with JETRO to promote Montana as a destination for FDI projects from Japan and held an event where Montana companies and Japanese companies meet to discuss potential partnership. Our company mainly arranged company visits for the delegation and accompanied them on the day of the visits.
