JV Forming for Honeymoon Dessert [Showcase updated]

The client, Honeymoon Dessert is the one of the famous dessert restaurants in Hong Kong and China with over 300 stores. The company has been growing with its original brand in the last decade and now is planning to develop new brands including the partnership with the Japanese famous dessert brand. The company found our firm, Fenetre Partners on the internet and made an inquiry to us in spring, 2015. Finally, we reached an agreement on working together for developing partnership with the Japanese company. |
The work we have done for the client is follows:
- Identifying a right person in the target organization
- Initial contact and meeting arrangement
- Meeting accompaniment to the target company + translation
- Site visit accompaniment in Tokyo and Hong Kong
The client and the target company spent many hours through the activities above and finally have reached an agreement to work together. The client offered to from a joint venture together and started their first shop in Hong Kong, December 2015.
The client is very happy with our service and result as well. We are very proud of this achievement which proves our strong capability of partnership arrangement with a Japanese company.
